Leisure & Recreation
Leisure activities are organised outside of the core working time of Monday – Friday 09:00 – 16:00.
As far as possible we encourage our service users to access the local facilities and they regularly go horse riding, cycling, swimming, spa sessions (jacuzzi & steam), ten-pin bowling, cinema and, of course, the local pub is inevitably very popular.
Walking is also a very popular pastime at Bangeston and Pembrokeshire is a marvellous county for walking, with miles of golden beaches and other natural resources.

Coasteering is a unique adventure sport where you experience the exhilaration of sea level traversing, rock climbing, cliff jumping and swimming into sea caves.
