Our Staff
Bangeston Hall is committed to providing staff with all the necessary mandatory training.
We also provide training around the clinical matters necessary to do their job effectively.
We feel it is vital that staff have a knowledge of autism and challenging behaviour to a reasonably advanced level
Our people have common training so that they are all singing from the same hymn sheet so to speak.
It is also important that all staff are able to contribute to the individual support plans (ISP) and ongoing progress of the service users, especially those who are keyworkers.
